Prime Bridge Broker is a trading name/division of Zivest (Pty) Ltd, an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP No. 49689) regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority ("FSCA") under the FAIS Act. This policy explains our position on bonuses, incentives and promotions.
1. Our approach
We are committed to treating clients fairly and to communicating in a way that is clear, fair and not misleading. The FSCA's market-conduct framework discourages incentives that may encourage clients to trade in a way that is not in their best interests.
Accordingly, Prime Bridge Broker does not offer deposit-linked "bonuses" or credits that are designed to induce you to deposit funds or to trade more than you otherwise would. Your decision to open an account, deposit funds and trade should be based on your own objectives, financial situation and needs — not on a promotional incentive.
2. If a promotion is ever offered
From time to time we may run a limited, clearly-described promotion (for example, an educational webinar, a competition, or a fee rebate). Where we do, the following principles always apply:
- The promotion will be governed by its own specific written terms, published in advance.
- The promotion will never restrict, delay or reduce your right to withdraw your own deposited funds or realised profits.
- No promotional credit will be treated as your money, will be withdrawable, or will be used to inflate your apparent account balance.
- Eligibility, any conditions, and the start and end dates will be stated plainly.
- A promotion will not be presented as a guarantee of profit, and will always be accompanied by the applicable risk warning.
3. No guaranteed returns
No bonus, promotion, signal, strategy, training or other service offered through this website is, or should be understood as, a guarantee of profit or a promise of any particular result. CFDs are leveraged products and carry a high risk of loss. Please read our Risk Disclosure before trading.
4. Withdrawals are always your right
Your deposited funds and any realised profits remain yours, subject to verification (KYC), our Anti-Money-Laundering Policy and applicable law. We will never require you to reach a trading "volume target", pay a "tax", or meet a bonus condition before you can withdraw your own funds. Any request that resembles this is not consistent with this policy — please contact us immediately.
5. Changes to this policy
